Started running as I'm too damn fat! I've found an app for the iPhone that tracks your progress using the GPS system. It's called Runkeeper, and you can play your music at the same time. It shows you a map of your run, gives you the length of the run and the time taken. It also gives you a graph to show how fast you're going - I've taken a photo so all becomes a bit clearer! I've also highlighted the section of the graph that shows my fastest running speed - a whopping 9.26 miles per hour!
Not bad for a first go!
I'm now sat here with Radian B Muscle run on my legs, in the hope I'll be able to walk tomorrow!!
PS Thanks to Scoobs for once again helping me out as I'm a dumbass and can't get things right - it's a good job someone concentrates round, although in fairness I've just run 2.57 miles in 31 minutes!!!

I prefer working out with my weights (kitkat chunky in one hand,and martini in the other) 
I think I'm allergic to running, whatever muscles that you need to run, mine are missing. I can go for at least 30 mins on a cross trainer and not be tired. No probs. But the minute you ask me to run after 5 mins of supposed 'light jogging' I'm bright red lying in a heap on the ground.
