Okay, week one consisted of a 2.6mile run. End of week one.

Week two consisted of removal of almost all crap from diet. No sweets, no crisps, no sugary shite of any kind. And a run of 2.6 miles

Week three, removal of shit as above, replacement of sweet stuff with low fat yogurt. 2.6 mile run. Hopefully, upper body exercises should be a feature on thursday.

Week four will start the portion control section of the diet. I may be really hungry by this time next week.

Yes, couldn't walk straight for about a week!!!!

In a wardrobe.

What tonight? No. But yes, many times.

How strange it feels to come back home
To find you are not there.

My little Baby Boy was lost today, he was hit by a car this morning, while crossing the road to come home for his breakfast. Found him not long after it happened.

Just wanted to share a little snapshot of him with you all, because he meant the world to me.

He was almost human. Never aloof, which cats have a reputation for. If I sat down, he would be beside me. Loyalty seen previously in dogs and very few cats in the world. He would come running home when he heard the van pull up. He was really special to me, and I can't tell you how lonely the house feels now. Our only consolation is that we can see that he did not suffer, the impact killed him instantly. It's a little comfort to know that his last thoughts would have been:

"Dad, Daddy, Breakfast"

Goodnight BooBoo, love you little man.

Started running as I'm too damn fat! I've found an app for the iPhone that tracks your progress using the GPS system. It's called Runkeeper, and you can play your music at the same time. It shows you a map of your run, gives you the length of the run and the time taken. It also gives you a graph to show how fast you're going - I've taken a photo so all becomes a bit clearer! I've also highlighted the section of the graph that shows my fastest running speed - a whopping 9.26 miles per hour!

Not bad for a first go!

I'm now sat here with Radian B Muscle run on my legs, in the hope I'll be able to walk tomorrow!!

PS Thanks to Scoobs for once again helping me out as I'm a dumbass and can't get things right - it's a good job someone concentrates round, although in fairness I've just run 2.57 miles in 31 minutes!!!
